I’d rather live a life full of “oh wells” than a life full of “what ifs.
– Pat Flynn
Are you in the career that you love? Are you being paid well in your work? You may have heard before that you should follow your passion and money will follow after. As the mentality goes, doing something that you enjoy will not make it feel like a 9 to 5 job. It will not feel like work at all.
While you have been advised to “follow your passion” lots of times, you also probably have heard of stories about a person pursuing his passion only to fail and returning to
For example, Pat Flynn is an expert on online entrepreneurship and digital marketing. He managed to find his own passion and is currently named one of Forbes’ most transparent leaders in the business world!
Here are 3 ways of achieving your dreams that no one has told you.
1. Be Bold and Chase your Dreams
There is nothing wrong

3. No need to leave your job
There are a lot of people who chased their dreams and do what they love best within their company.
The reality is not all dreams will require you to leave your current employment. For example, you have invested many years in the technical department of a company because that was what you were trained for. However, as you grow with the company, you realized that your expertise may lie elsewhere. Your colleagues may have approached you for marketing advice and so you are actually more suited for their marketing and sales department. Seek consultation with your immediate superior and you may find yourself in a more satisfactory position in the company. Do note that you will have
It is never too late to start a new career. There are people who found their passion and switched their careers later in life. You can do so too but always remember to be courageous, responsible and plan ahead.
