The Challenges

  • Manage key account customer as a single point of contact for all business escalation and performance review
  • Increase and build rapport with customers through engagement with customers by providing business solutions
  • Provide business leads
  • Proactively provide issue resolutions and offer process improvements initiatives
  • Work closely with Account Manager to qualify new business leads
  • Lead Business Reviews with customers for business continuity and sustainable partnership
  • Align country’s Operation's Performance with global/regional goals
  • Ensure consistency and service quality in collaborations with other stakeholders
  • Govern customer Change Requests to ensure scope management & cost recovery
  • Manage customer escalations and drive continuous improvement programs
  • Share best practices across countries and accounts
  • Supports process standardization to attain an operating standard model
  • Participate in others cross-functional projects

What It Takes

  • Minimum Degree in Logistics or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in regional key account or operations management in customer fronting environement
  • Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Well developed people management skills; ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
