Our Client is an established logistics provider for fast moving consumer goods. They are expanding their business and looking for you to join their team.


The Challenges

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to the warehouse and distribution centre
  • Attend to users for hardware and software issues
  • Able to provide technical advice to end users and follow through inquiries
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory

What Its Takes

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant computer network experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Good user approached attitude
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, CCTV, printer, LAN/WAN network troubleshooting etc
  • Able to commit to rotating shift
