Our Client is an established logistics provider for fast moving consumer goods. They are expanding their business and looking for you to join their team.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to the warehouse and distribution centre
- Attend to users for hardware and software issues
- Able to provide technical advice to end users and follow through inquiries
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
What Its Takes
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant computer network experience
- 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk
- Good user approached attitude
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, CCTV, printer, LAN/WAN network troubleshooting etc
- Able to commit to rotating shift
