Our client have established themselves as a renowned logistics company in the industry with an extensive distribution network and services to include both air and sea freight forwarding, warehousing trucking transportation and courier services


Your Challenges

  • Actively participates in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits, specific research into emerging trends, issues and best practices for selected region
  • Support in the development of annual base salary structures, including analyzing market data and ensure there are internal and external equity when making recommendations to employee's C&B packages
  • Administer employee group insurance schemes and benefits, and work with brokers to follow up on renewal and claims
  • Prepare job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications as part of the annual/any ad-hoc job grading process for senior employees
  • Support the team with period audit of reward related information/inputs in employee data for purposes of supporting accurate reporting
  • Provide expertise to global HR team members, dependent on needs, in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment and competitive analysis

What It Takes

  • Degree in Human Resources / Economics
  • Candidates having at least 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in implementation of regional reward program will be highly preferred
  • Meticulous, good with number and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
