Our client is an award winning and leading company in hospitality industry with global presences in service apartments and hotel residences


Your Challenges

  • Timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements
  • Responsible for monthly group consolidation, including liaising with Group’s overseas subsidiaries on timely submission of monthly management reports and review reports submitted by subsidiaries
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, budget, forecast, cash flow projection, and any other financial analysis as required
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, full set of books and GST reporting
  • Closing working relationship with local subsidiaries/ auditors/ tax agents/ vendors to ensure that all financial transactions and records are in accordance with local accounting standards, as well as statutory and tax requirements
  • Work closely with appointed corporate secretary to ensure compliance with corporate governance matters
  • Support all managers in consolidating simplified full set of accounts
  • Review overseas payment submission (APAC region)

What It Takes

  • Degree in Finance / Commerce / Accountancy or related studies
  • Candidates with 3 years of relevant working experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Familiar in SAP and handling full sets of accounts
  • Meticulous and able to work under stress and fast moving working environment
