We are looking for a suitable candidate who will assisting our HR Shared team and will play an active role to ensure the success of new client in migrating their current HR process to our HR Shared Service platform.
- To understand current client's HR process and provide workflow on new HR workflow
- Review existing HR policy and processes and provide clear documentation on proposed solutions
- Project management the entire client on-boarding process
- Work with Account Manager for all client's employee communication materials and plan communication schedule
- Onboard all employee database in our in-house HRIS system
- Create policy guide and dashboard for all employee self service solutions
- Minimum Degree in HR related discipline
- 3 years of HR experience with clear understanding of HR workflow
- Able to use software to create flowcharts
- Good communication skills with experience in managing project timeline
