Our client, with more than 5 decades of worldwide logistics network spanning across the globe will be expanding their regional HQ in Singapore. They are seeking for an experience Senior Sales talent to spearhead their newly setup sales division. This role will be an individual contributor with the opportunity to build business pipeline and the entire sales team reporting to Corporate Sales division.
- Responsible for the day to day management and development of the business sales cycle that supports key segments
- Develop, strategise, plan and execute sales – including the development of sales strategies
- Work closely with Corporate HQ to ensure that all strategies are aligned with financial budgets and achieving profit & revenue targets
- Structure group sales growth through account development and maintenance
- Analyse market information, understand client requirement or expectation to secure business while providing strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction to the team
- Plan and develop company and in-country expansion while working closely with Local, Regional and Global Sales team
What It Takes
- Minimum Diploma in relevant business discipline
- More than 10years experience in sales roles, in freight forwarding with at least 5 years of senior management experience.
- Demonstrated strength in Air Freight Forwarding sales will be preferable and advantage.
- Experience in working in cross-cultural environment, working with local and international teams
- Ability to work under pressure on a daily basis and react to difficult situations
